What size should I order?
Every product page has a size chart - that's the most accurate way to pick your size, since fit can vary slightly by cut.
One note for men specifically: because of the side-seamed construction, the fit tends to run closer to the body than a standard boxy tee - we'd recommend sizing up one size from what you'd normally wear for a more comfortable fit.
What's the fit like?
Our tees have a modern, tailored unisex fit - not too tight, not too loose. Side-seamed construction and shoulder taping give it a cleaner shape than a typical boxy tee. For the most accurate fit, check the size chart on each product page.
What are your tees made of?
100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 4.2 oz - soft, breathable, and made to hold up over time. (Ash color is 99% cotton / 1% polyester.)
It's also pre-shrunk, so what you order is close to what you'll keep getting wash after wash.
Will the colors look exactly the same in person?
We work to show product colors as accurately as possible. However, screens, lighting and garment batches can create slight differences between what you see online and the item you receive.
How do I care for it?
Wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry, and store somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. Simple care, and it'll keep the print and shape looking good longer.
Orders & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. Your delivery options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Each item is made to order, then shipped to you. Production and delivery times can vary by product, destination and seasonal demand. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow along.
How do I track my order?
Once the order ships, customers should receive a shipping-confirmation email with their tracking link.
If your order arrives in separate parcels, you’ll receive a tracking update for each shipment.
If I order multiple items, will they ship together?
You'll only ever be charged one shipping cost per order - but some items may be produced at different locations, so it's possible your order arrives as two separate parcels.
Nothing extra to pay, just a heads-up so it's not a surprise if a second box shows up after the first.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not currently - Artfactri ships within the US only, and there's no international shipping option at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Only before it enters production - the same window that applies to address changes. Once printing has started, we're not able to make changes.

Returns & Support
Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Because each Artfactri item is made to order just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection or a preferred colour.
Please check the size guide before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email hello@artfactri.com with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll help make it right.
