Shipping Policy 

Every Artfactri piece is made after you order it, not pulled off a shelf - so give it a little time to be made before it's on its way to you.

Processing Time 

Orders are usually printed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Within the United States 

Standard shipping is free on every order shipped within the US - no minimum required.

Once it ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. That's an estimate, not a promise - carrier delays, weather, and holidays can push it a bit either way.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order's on the move.

Need to Change Your Address? 

Give your shipping address one good look before you check out - it saves a lot of back and forth later.

If something needs updating, email hello@artfactri.com as soon as you can. We can only make changes before production starts. Once it's in production or already shipped, we can't guarantee the address can be changed.

Tracking Says Delivered, But It's Not There? 

A few things to try first: 

  • Check for a delivery note from the carrier 

  • Ask neighbours or anyone else at home if they grabbed it 

  • Reach out to the carrier directly through the tracking link to ask exactly where it was left 

Since tracking confirms delivery, we're generally not able to offer a replacement or refund in these cases - worth ruling out the above first.

Package Lost in Transit? 

If tracking hasn't updated and it looks like your order went missing along the way, email hello@artfactri.com within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll look into it and help however we can.
