Artfactri is operated by Easeseason Worldwide, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (SSM). Throughout this Policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Easeseason Worldwide, trading as Artfactri. Artfactri is built on Shopify, which powers the technical side of our store and helps us process your information securely.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have - for customers shopping with us from the United States. By using our site or making a purchase, you're agreeing to the practices described here.

If there's ever a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy on how we handle your personal information, this Privacy Policy governs.

If you sign up for updates or promotions, we use an email marketing platform to send these. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link - opting out stops promotional emails but we may still send essential order-related messages (like shipping confirmations). 

 

Who We Share Information With 

  • Shopify - our store platform, which processes information to operate the Services. 

  • Payment processors - to securely handle transactions. 

  • Print-on-demand and fulfilment partners - to produce and deliver your order. 

  • Advertising and analytics platforms - Meta and Google, as described above.

Our Relationship With Shopify 

Beyond hosting our store, Shopify may use certain "enhanced" features that combine information about your interactions with our store with data from other merchants who also use Shopify, in order to offer things like personalized advertising.

For this specific use, Shopify acts independently, not just on our behalf - meaning Shopify is responsible for that particular processing, and for responding to your requests about it. Data Security & Retention 

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online system is 100% secure. We keep your information as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes - after that, we take steps to delete or de-identify it. 

 

Your Rights 

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: 

  • Access the personal information we hold about you. 

  • Correct inaccurate information. 

  • Delete your personal information. 

  • Receive a copy of your personal information (portability), and in some cases have it transferred to a third party. 

  • Opt out of having your information shared for targeted advertising purposes.

Artfactri is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it. 

 

International Data Transfers 

Because Artfactri operates from Malaysia and uses service providers such as Shopify, Meta, and Google, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

Our site may link to other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites - check their policies before sharing information with them.
