Overview 

Welcome to Artfactri. Artfactri is operated by Easeseason Worldwide, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (SSM). Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Easeseason Worldwide, trading as Artfactri.

We offer products and services through our online store, made to order and shipped to customers in the United States. Artfactri is built on Shopify, which powers the technical side of our store.

By visiting, browsing, or buying from Artfactri, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

1. Who Can Use Artfactri 

You must be of legal age in your place of residence to use this site, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

When you provide information to us - email, shipping address, payment details - you're confirming it's accurate and that you're authorised to use it. You're responsible for keeping any account details secure and for activity on your account. 

2. Our Products 

We do our best to represent every design accurately, but screen colours vary by device, so the shirt in hand may look slightly different from the shirt on screen. We may update product descriptions, retire designs, or limit quantities at our discretion, without notice. 

3. Orders 

Placing an order is an offer to buy - we confirm it once payment is processed. Because every item is made to order, please double check sizing and address details before submitting; we may not be able to accommodate changes once production starts. Our full return and refund terms are covered in our separate Return & Refund Policy. 

Artfactri products are for personal use. Please don't place orders intended for commercial resale. 

4. Prices & Payment 

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice - the price you're charged is the one shown at the time you order, confirmed in your order email. Listed prices don't include any taxes, duties, or import charges that may apply depending on where you're located.

You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate and that you're authorised to use them. 

5. Shipping 

Shipping terms - processing times, delivery estimates, and what happens with lost or undelivered packages - are covered in our Shipping Policy. Once your order is handed to the carrier, we're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. 

6. Intellectual Property 

Every design, image, and piece of text on this site belongs to Artfactri (or is used with permission) and is protected under copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to browse, share, and enjoy the site for personal use - but please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse our designs, photos, or brand assets without our written permission. The Artfactri name and logo are ours; please don't use them without asking first. 

7. Third-Party Tools & Links 

Our site may link to or use tools from third parties (payment processors, Shopify apps, etc.). We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Anything you do on a third-party site or tool is at your own risk - check their terms before you rely on them. 

8. Your Feedback 

If you send us feedback, reviews, or ideas, you're giving us permission to use them - to improve Artfactri, in marketing, or anywhere else - without any obligation to pay you or credit you. Please don't send us anything that isn't yours to share, or that's offensive, false, or infringes someone else's rights. 

9. Errors & Corrections 

Occasionally a price, description, or detail on the site might be wrong. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order - even after you've placed it - and we'll let you know if that happens. 

10. Acceptable Use 

Please don't use Artfactri to break the law, impersonate someone else, send spam, upload harmful code, scrape or copy the site, or interfere with how the site runs. We may suspend or close an account that violates this. 

11. Ending This Agreement 

We may suspend or end your access to Artfactri at our discretion, without notice, if these Terms are violated. Sections that reasonably need to survive - intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and similar - will remain in effect even after that. 

12. No Guarantees 

We put care into everything on this site, but it's provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate, and we can't promise a product will look or fit exactly as pictured. 

13. Limits on Our Liability 

To the extent allowed by law, Easeseason Worldwide (Artfactri) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - such as lost profits or data - arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. 

14. You Agree to Cover Us If... 

If a claim arises from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights, you agree to cover any resulting losses, damages, or reasonable legal costs we incur as a result.
